USFS Test Schedule
Your application must be sent to the test chairman for the
club hosting the test. If it is sent to the wrong club or is incomplete you
will not be able to take the test. Your test application must be received by
the host club on or before the
deadline date (not postmarked). If you have questions, please call
the test chairpersons for the host club.
